OFAC SDN and other OFAC lists
Sibling OFAC lists join one family by their UID, so a party published twice stays one party.
Sanctions, country and FATF lists download on their own schedule, skip files that did not change and report every run in plain words. Each party becomes one master record, and every record shows what changed and when.
Every list version is pinned and recorded in the version vector of each decision.

Lists WICS reads and keeps current
Built-in readers for the main sanctions authorities and for country lists. Any other file is mapped column by column, and test-read before it goes live.
WICS reads HM Treasury’s published FATF advisory notice and keeps both lists current on its own. Countries also under UK sanctions are marked. A manual upload stays available as a backup.

Sibling OFAC lists join one family by their UID, so a party published twice stays one party.
The EU financial sanctions list, read exactly as the EU publishes it.
The Security Council consolidated list, read as published.
Keyed by the OFSI Group ID, with each sanctions regime kept in words.
Australia’s consolidated list, read from its own spreadsheet format.
Countries under EU, UK, OFAC and UN sanctions, each source kept as a list of its own.
Your provider’s PEP and adverse-media files, mapped once, then automated like every other list.
Your bank’s own lists, with per-list permissions and four eyes on every change.
Give WICS the file’s web address, map each column to a master-record field, and test-read the list before you switch it on.

Running…
Every list downloads on the timetable you give it.
Start a list straight away, or fire its schedule early — no waiting for the clock.
One clear, and nothing restarts by itself: the list waits until you run it again.
Records from different lists merge when your matching rules say so, or when the AI is at least 95% sure. Otherwise the record becomes its own master. Nothing waits in a decision queue.

Individuals, entities and vessels each have their own rule. A field with no rule is never compared, and a word of three letters or fewer never proves identity.
The model learns from your bank’s own past merge decisions. It is used only once it has enough examples of both outcomes.
Two records from the same source file never merge: the publisher listed them as two parties, and so does WICS.
Each source value reaches the master record once. When two lists disagree, both values stay, shown as “Source: value”.
An alias keeps its name, type, category and script. IDs are typed: passport, national ID, tax ID.
Addresses are split into components, and your bank sets the weight of each one.
Every record is New, Changed, Unchanged or Removed as of its list’s last download — with the date it last changed and the exact lines that changed.

Illustrative — invented names and figures.
Create a list by name and screen against it like any official list. You decide who may see and who may edit each list, and every change waits for a second person.

Each list version is pinned and written into the decision’s 7-part version vector. Replay a decision from last year and WICS uses the very same lists: 100% decision reproducibility.
